先说说材质

保温杯上最常见的材质是304不锈钢和316不锈钢，但其实还有一个更常见的不锈钢牌号，只不过厂家一般不会标注出来：201不锈钢。

不锈钢保温杯至少有两层，一层内胆，一层外壳。无论内胆是什么材质，外壳一般都是201不锈钢。它的优点就是便宜，而且结实。缺点是容易被腐蚀，所以外壳上常常会有一层镀层或者漆面。

只要不是十几二十块的那种超廉价保温杯，都不会在内胆上使用201不锈钢——这种不锈钢不符合国标中规定接触食品用的不锈钢等级。换句话说，食物接触到201不锈钢，会产生有害物质。

所以内胆一般用304不锈钢或者316不锈钢，二者的区别有两个：

1.316不锈钢的耐腐蚀能力更强，如果你经常用水杯冲调饮品（牛奶、咖啡等），建议选择316不锈钢。至于茶叶，对不锈钢的腐蚀比较小。所以无论是茶叶，还是花茶、果茶，选304不锈钢都够了。

2.316不锈钢比304不锈钢要贵，但是硬度要比304不锈钢软。所以虽然316不锈钢的耐腐蚀能力强，却不建议作为首选。还是那句话，不在水杯里泡奶茶、咖啡，根本没必要买316不锈钢的水杯。

此外，在查看水杯材质的时候，还可能看到304L或者316L。牌号上带“L”，指的是不锈钢中的碳含量低。它的好处是在焊接时可以避免晶间腐蚀，没必要了解晶间腐蚀是什么，只需要知道这种现象会导致焊接不牢固。

但所谓的“不牢固”，只出现在工业上。一个水杯的焊接线不过十几公分，这要是都能碰上晶间腐蚀，还是赶紧去买张彩票吧！所以304L或者316L不锈钢，非常不建议选择。

再说说工艺

今天那帮小资们给我普及了一个水杯上的工艺，叫“无缝内胆”。常见的不锈钢保温杯，内胆上都能看到一道焊接缝。无缝内胆，就是没有这道缝。他们说，这个工艺很厉害。

巧了，我当年在钢厂实习的时候，就操作过冲压车床。无缝内胆是怎么来的？说白了就是冲压：把一张钢板铺好，用一个杯子形状的大铁块砸下去，把钢板砸成杯子内胆的形状。

相比较焊接，似乎这种冲压更简单吧！

如果是形状复杂的大物件，比如汽车的车门。如果焊接的话，每一个焊接点都是不稳定的因素，所以一体冲压会更好用。

不过话又说回来了，水杯的结构太简单，压根不用考虑焊接点不稳定的问题。而且我们仔细看看水杯的焊缝，那都是满焊的，是焊线不是焊点。满焊的地方，甚至比普通位置还要结实。

同时冲压还会带来另外一些问题，比如在冲压的过程中，会对不锈钢产生一定程度的拉扯，导致不锈钢表面薄厚不均。这些问题，都会影响保温杯的保温效果。

说白了，别纠结保温杯的工艺。如果偏要看工艺，还不如看看外壳。多几层镀层和漆面，让水杯外壳不会轻易被刮花，似乎更实用一些。
